Hands-on Software Architect

We are looking for a Hands-on Software Architect to join our team in Espoo or Tampere. In this role, you will work as a senior member of a software development team and work in versatile and challenging projects. Our team gets to develop solutions for different industries; like automotive, manufacturing, sports & well-being and entertainment. This offers you the possibility to really utilise your expertise widely and solve real life problems our clients are facing. In addition to the technical development work, you also get to impact on to the future solution, by discussing with the client in the pre-sales phase, together with our sales professionals.

As a hands-on Software Architect, you have:

  • broad knowledge and vision how to building great software products and their associated architectures
  • a curious mind – we are working with a broad variety of technologies and you should have the interest to constantly learn more
  • the willingness to help the team succeed and share your knowledge
  • ability work in a full-stack role: you have hands-on skills especially in embedded software development, but also basic experience in cloud and mobile app development
  • good communication skills, that you will use both in the actual development work and in “biz talk”, when you want to understand the client’s needs
